Privacy policy

This website does not ask you to fill any form. There is no login and no account. We do not ask for your personal details on the site. There is no newsletter and no tracking by us.

When you tap a WhatsApp or call button, you leave this website and talk to us on your phone. What you tell us there stays between you and the school.

The website itself collects nothing. We do not set our own cookies. We do not run any analytics.

The company that hosts our website may keep normal server logs, like the IP address and the page you opened. This is for safety and to keep the site working. We do not use these logs to find out who you are.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. When you message us, Meta's own privacy policy applies to the message while it travels. On our side, only school staff read your message, to answer you and to fix a visit or admission.

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to help you. You can ask us to delete your chat with the school any time.

The Location and Contact pages show a Google Map, so you can find us. Google may set cookies or collect some data through that map, as per Google's privacy policy. If you do not want this, use the written address and the Google Maps link instead.

Every photo on this website is of The Dream World Pre-School, our children, our teachers and our events. We put a photo on the website only with permission from the parents or guardians. We take this permission at admission or at the event.

If you are a parent or guardian and you want us to remove or change a photo of your child, message us on WhatsApp or send an email. We will remove it from the website quickly and tell you when it is done.

We do not write the name of any child with a photo. We do not give these photos to any advertiser or any company that sells data.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 says that a child's personal information can be used only with clear permission from the parent. It can never be used for tracking, watching behaviour or targeted ads. We follow this for all information we take at admission. Admission happens in person and on WhatsApp, not on this website.

Admission papers like the birth certificate, photos and ID proof are kept safely at the school. We use them only for admission, for your child's safety and to contact you.

You can ask us what information we have about you or your child. You can ask us to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. You can also take back your permission for photos. Contact us with the details below and we will reply in a reasonable time.
